Anyone else having trouble adding funds with a credit card?

I've tried so many times over the months (on SafeSwaps too) to add $ with my CC and it errors out every time. 2 different cards, both cards I use 30-40 times per month online. Never an issue anywhere else. Udimi support says it's my bank. My bank fraud dept shows NO declines. Just curious if anyone else has this issue? Thanks!

What country are you trying to use it from and your location possibly too...? these maybe issues to start with if not these then type of card the bank is it mainstream bank or credit union etc... just some thoughts... to get to the bottom of it and did you maybe ask your bank to try and investigate what's going on etc...? hope some of these help!

I am in the US. I tried 2 major national bank cards. There is nothing more they can do on their end. Their fraud department sees no trace of my attempted transactions. They are failing before the attempts are made. I do have a ticket in with support, but I was wondering if anyone else here has had the same trouble. Thanks!

Weird.. then its definitely on this end of it maybe the bank or escrow service they are using doesn't recognize or allow those cards I'm assuming they are either visa or mastercard right...?

Hey again! Yes, they are both Visa. I'm hoping there is another way I can top off using my cc without using the form (call in?) or maybe they will investigate further.

Common problems with Credit Card purchases:

We accept only Visa and MasterCard
Orders from high risk countries, for example: Nigeria, will fail

Make sure that:

you are purchasing from a country which issued your card
you entered all information exactly as it appears on your card
your card has enabled internet purchases
you don’t have any limits right now
you have entered correct CVV or CVC verification code from the back of your card
you have entered correct verification SMS if your bank uses 3D secure methods

Hi thanks. We have already seen this list. Believe me, there is nothing wrong with how we are filling in the data or with the cards themselves. We've spent thousands and thousands in online purchases in the last few months. Never an issue. Unfortunately we are almost dead in the water on this site. Lots of solos to buy. We have bought almost 70 solos this yr and we are buying more this month than in any previous month, but we will only be able to do 2 or 3 more without using our cards. We do have other sources for solos we have used many times in the past. Thanks.

So what was the problem here a common one? Did you get to bottom of it? So as other and new user know about this as well...
