Hello,

I'm wondering if you guys are sending emails in plain text, or are you using a nice html template with logo and images?

Currently I'm sending plain text emails in my campaigns, but I'm thinking to switch to a new and more eye catching template.

What are your preferences? Is there a mail format which is better ?

Hey Paolo,

Avoid HTML with images that can go to spam folder the best way is to use Text plain.
