You can probably find some sellers here who will fill UK only but it will likely cost more. You would have a much easier time expanding your offer to all countries. A lot of people are obessed with top tier only but if you look at a lot of the buyer profiles here, half of them are not from top tier countries. Tier 2 and Tier 3 countries have buyers too.
