1. udimi deducted $ 5 from my credit card and said no refund.

2. When purchasing products, udimi requests to scan 2 people's identity cards but the indicator fails. I don't know how to do it next

Oh! Sorry sweetheart, that's a billing problem. You will need to speak to support about that one.

Look top right of the screen where it says 'Help', click that and it will take you to a live support button so you can get it sorted.
