I was trying to buy solo ads yesterday, and my purchased can't be completed prompting me that I don't have enough balance in my account. However, I looked in my account interface and realized I was charged twice. Anybody who experienced the same, please advise what to do next. I initially send message to Udimi support and bank, but didn't receive any reply both of them.
