HI THERE, I started the udimi process of verification. but i get to the authenteq app it wont work. i have just paid 3 bucks, but still stuck.

any help would be appreciated.

I went through a couple hurdles in the process too. What exactly is not working?

Hey John, You have to verify with your passport id if you live outside of USA.

i live out side USA and don't have a passport. i only have ID which doesn't get through authenteq app.

Hey john,

I suggest you to contact live support to verify your identity without the app in this case.

I am on the process, help team is very nice, they are solving my problem, i have sent them via mail my id to verify manually. Soon it will be done now.

Dear support, I do not know how to sent the photo to you. So I think it is better to forget about the identification process. Anyway I have a photo on my profile page which I am also not able to lift up to send to you.
