There is too much going on. You need something short and direct so people will opt in/a landing page and then have your affiliate link in your email campaign.
I would replicate one of the landing pages that they have, I think it's on the home page. Message me if you want info on how you can make your own landing page.

So the page your sending people to is just a company page you need to have a capture page offering something that solves a problem for people. You need to build a list I have a system that does all this and has all the training you will need here is your free trial
