You need to segment your list so that you know what they are interested in. Then follow up with offers that are specific to that subscribers segment.
Keeping all of your leads in one segment will not lead to great results.
The traffic is what you should expect. I feel product developers hype up how great their products convert to get people to buy traffic.The fact is....if you run a long responder sequence with several products, and segment your leads. You can make a mint with solo ad traffic.

some one earns a lot from udimi but others don't get anything yet. including me in the second group. give me a hint man

A lot of this has to do with the niche, too. Everyone on Udimi is going for the IM/crypto/bizzopp niches. These niches are so saturated my friend. Try a different niche and you may see some better luck! - Mike
