Solo list?
Rookie question here. So after I run a solo add for say a weight loss product and I use one of their email swipes they provide. How should I implement tracking so I actually get an email list to follow up on or do I use the IP address's from the analytics in some manner to aquire the list from solos? Hope this makes sense....

You can use some click tracking software such as ClickMagick or Qliker to track your incoming traffic.
They have quite extensive tutorials on how to do that.
