If you are asking your detailed click stats on Udimi, you can see the details of the received clicks in the Stats section of your order on the "Orders" page. We can see IP, browser, location, internet provider, and operating system of the visitors.
If you are asking how to check lead information, you should have had installed/synchronized an autoresponder on your landing page, the autoresponder should be able to capture those information. We do not have access to those information, unfortunately. I suggest contacting your autoresponder's customer support to get assistance on how to check your leads.
If you have not setup an autoresponder, I'd suggest you contact the administrator of your landing page to check if you got any sales/opt-ins.
