Forum Solo ads How does one contact Udimi for a refund?

Did you ever find out how? I am in the same boat and would love to know!

Go to the top of the site and click on "Help" button and follow the appropriate steps.

If you have bought a solo from a seller, an havent gotten any clicks and the seller doesnt finish the solo in the amount of time given, you will recive a refund automatically when the time is up. I belive its 96 hours the seller has to finish the solo.

If I have read the question correctly -- there is no refund facility for people topping up for buying solos ...

If they never receive the clicks they should get there money back

Agree but the way I read the question is that sellers are rejecting solo requests so buyers unable to buy solo s and wants his money refunded from udimi

I read it wrong they want there top up money back because no one will sell them solo which is very strange

Well if that is the case needs to go an order solo not wait for someone to offer to sell hmm??? If I have read the question correctly as odd as it maybe hmm....

I suppose it might be the niche that Rev Thabiti is in that causes sellers problems ;-)

Funds are held in escrow by udimi so a rejected solo will simply add the funds back to your balance. There isn't a problem here?!
