If you have bought a solo from a seller, an havent gotten any clicks and the seller doesnt finish the solo in the amount of time given, you will recive a refund automatically when the time is up. I belive its 96 hours the seller has to finish the solo.

Agree but the way I read the question is that sellers are rejecting solo requests so buyers unable to buy solo s and wants his money refunded from udimi

Funds are held in escrow by udimi so a rejected solo will simply add the funds back to your balance. There isn't a problem here?!
