Hi all, really looking forward to making some positive beneficial relationships. Brand new here. Have been actively engaged in the MMO for 3 years and AM community for around 6 months. Have a quality list T1 clean double options of almost 5000 subscribers. Would appreciate any tips or tricks on how to gain traction as a new seller atm. Not expecting instant results. Get visibility
1. Communicate on our forum to get more visibility for your Solo Deal. The link to your deal will be automatically appended to the bottom of each post.
2. Screenshot your ratings and post them on your social networks. People trust Udimi ratings, and you’ll get more credibility, social proof, and orders.
Communicate a lot
3. ALWAYS send a “thank you for your order” message to your customers.
Tip! Set up automatic PM to buyers on the Seller setup page.
4. If something is wrong, send an apology to the buyer with an update or excuse. Describe the problem and give a new and exact deadline.
5. Say “thank you” to buyers after the order has been completed. Don’t be afraid of your buyers, speak!
