Just like selling most things on the Internet. Make an offer so good that people would be foolish to refuse it. i.e. keep dropping your price until people start buying :) Give the house away until you build up some feedback then sales will happen more naturally.
Also, try adding a picture to your profile. That would also help improve trust!
I agree with Heather reputation is king, and ad image to your account, offer a big mount of overdelivery to , good luck

I've been building my list via Solo ads from other seller and with other ways of PPC to my other site..
How to get people to purchase clicks from me? I did launch TWICE Dime Sales before and even 3 times "Wanted to Sell" but no response, thus delete the threadsssss.... cost me about Almost 100 USD just to create/post it..
With various purchase from others, i also managed to get Buyers into my list and segment it which is great so far..
All pro/advanced solo sellers, please share.. how to build rep or so...
