I'm a first time buyer. week ago, I purchased a solo ad from a seller for $144. The seller did not respond and the order expired. A UDIMI admin informed me of the order expiration and posted my balance ($144) on my account. 

I then selected a different seller (second seller) who reviewed my Ad and accepted to work on the campaign. I tried to buy the new seller's service USING MY $144 BALANCE.... But UDIMI only presented me with two options (Credit card or Paypal).... and then MY Balance disappeared. Question: Where is my Balance and How can I purchase a solo Ad from the second seller with it?     

You help is much appreciated.

Hi, Ernest,

Your best bet is to contact Support immediately to see where the $144 is, as it should be in your money account. Perhaps there was a glitch in the system that Udimi doesn't know about.

I have been in your shoes; however, the money was in my money account. I purchased from another seller, and all was right with the world once again.

I have $133 in my money account udimi says it automatically uses this money when buying solos but it does not give that option it Only says Paypal or Credit card every time I have I click papal before it automatical chared my paypal I am concerned about it doing rhe same thing using Paypal again & not my money Balance if I click buy with paypal udimi used to give the option to use money in your udimi acount I do not see that option anymore.

Im still learning here, so that's valuable. I guess for buyers, the Money tab has balances in there for them in situations like these :)
