Hello depends on offer and leads received... Normally 29% conversion would be borderline but again depends on offer etc....

take the total number of leads added and divided it by total clicks to get your conversion rate. 88 divided by 300 = 29.3% opt in rate. So, about one in three opted in. That's decent but nothing "extra special". That being said in my younger days many of us struggled to get more than 30% opt in rate, so that's not a bad number...just focus on tweaking your landing page and your swipe copy so there is clarity and continuity and most of all.. appeal.
