How To Create A Special Offer?
Hi Udimi Support,
I've had a request for a special offer, however I'm not sure if I have the facility to do that, as I am a new account holder?
I know other sellers have that option in the chat box area of their message service. Perhaps it's a feature that only becomes available after a certain time?

Your account still under a Newbie safe and for that reason this option is not available for your account. After the Newbie safe is gone, you would be able to send special offers to your customers.
