Hi, had a situation a few days ago where I had to refund a customer because the system was filtering all 100% of the traffic sent to him. As it happens I had a concurrent customer and the traffic filtering for them was very reasonable (10%). All the same traffic. Can anyone shed some light here? Support?
The customer was probably a Prime account. I was frustrated by this as well until I started to look at the settings on the order. They can select a lot more filters which is fine and I can accommodate but I was not aware at the time. Good lick
Thanks for your replies guys, it seems the customer ordered a package with no web traffic. All the clicks went to my CPA rotator and generate comm. anyways.
I had this happen to me and the traffic filled future orders... Support refuses to acknowldge they have a problem. I even makde a video to prove to them.
