Hey everyone,
I'm pretty new to internet marketing and I've been using Udimi for a few weeks now. I've had great results with every vendor I've used so far, but something seems fishy with this vendor I'm trying out.
I've only received about 40 clicks so far (out of 200), and from those I have gotten 13 opt-ins. Seems fine so far, but there are a few red flags. First off, every opt-in is using a Gmail address. All of the email addresses also follow the same format, beginning with a completely random name that does not at all match the name the "subscriber" gave to me, followed by 4 or 5 numbers. Just for example (not a real address just in case), it will be something like:
William Jones - susan4875@gmail.com
Not one of these opt-ins are opening my emails either, which is extremely unusual compared to all of my other solo ads (I get around a 95% open rate for my initial welcome email upon the subscriber opting in). I don't know if it's worth mentioning, but more than 80% of the clicks are coming from Canada as well.
What do you guys think? It seems very strange to me, especially compared to my typical results from other sellers on Udimi. I just don't want to pay for fake traffic :(
Thanks,
Kyle

Report your results to support, so they can investegate it!
Thanks Joe. I just sent a ticket in!
this looks super fake.
I'll personally monitor how support deals with this issue. Meanwhile, you can monitor our filtered and banned page here: https://udimi.com/filter, most likely there will be "plus one" real soon.
Best, Uncle Dimitry.
update: yep, optins are fake.
Seller banned and his 5 previous customers will receive refunds, despite "Thumbs Up" ratings.
Thank you for raising the issue!
