How do I contact support at Udimi? I'm not finding any method for reaching their support team.
I have two problems.
I subscribed to Prime but it shows me as inactive. Why?
I am mid-conversation with a seller and suddenly this pops up in the message "This person is blocked and won't be able to reply you."
I have not blocked them so I don't understand the issue or how to fix it.
The Help link only shows me 3 Tutorials for Buyers and 3 Tutorials for Sellers. There is nothing I see there that allows me to actually contact someone.
What am I missing?
Never mind. I see the "New Ticket" button now.
I guess I glossed over that thinking it was the "New Topic" button from the Forum.
Hi guys! I just stopped an order and it states my paid funds were placed in my udimi accout.
How do I apply these funds to another order?
If an order is canceled/revoked, the money is instantly credited to your Udimi balance in the Money section.
It will be automatically used on your next order, or you can refund it. To make a refund, click on the payment transaction in the Money section and click the "Refund" button.
