No Mobile Filter
Trying to understand how the no-mobile filter works. It is my understanding that people on mobile devices will get a Udimi tracking link, not your web-page URL link.
How do they know, though that the person will be viewing on mobile? And if they know that, why even send them the email?
Can someone explain how this works.

I learned from support that the determination of mobile vs desktop is not done on the delivery of the message (no way they could do that). Rather, after the person clicks on the link, it goes thru a filter at Udimi.
The filter determines, the device the click was from, if a mobile the Sellers "overdelivery" message is returned. Not sure what those look like.
Only concern is that if you use your own company domain link in a Text-ad, and the person gets redirected to the overdelivery link, if that tarnishes your brand at all?
