I want to build a new IM list of responsive subscribers. I won't be pointing people to a product opt-in or sales page but to a newsletter signup form (email address only, single opt-in). Direct message me if you can provide the kind of traffic I'm looking for.
Why not offer a lead magnet in exchange for the opt-in and then send your newsletter to the list. In 2017 people's inboxes are flooded. People aren't going to give up their email just to be added to your newsletter list.
