Team,

I have a customer who has a future start date tomorrow and if I sent them traffic now and the start date is not until tomorrow will the clicks be tracked part of the deal or will I loose my clicks when the order starts tomorrow? Has this happened to anyone?

Why would someone put a future start date and then ask me to send clicks?

It will depends on whether your buyer choose the "early start not allowed" option or "early start allowed" , should buyer choose the later your early clicks obviously will be counted.

Warning: should buyer choose "early start not allowed" your early clicks will be wasted and at the time set you need to start sending clicks minimum 5% of the total clicks ordered in 5 hours if you fail the order will be cancelled automatically.

Some people need traffic on a specific time simply because the program they joined in will only start on that specific time, for.eg. Webinar.

Hey Jason, Any note "Early start allowed!' beside the date?

I had one that I started early and the buyer choose 'early start not allowed' and I lost some clicks. That's a mistake you hopefully only make just once if at all. ;-)

Well it can depend on alot. Maybe customer had not started his homepage but wanted to prepare to traffic comes right when he/she starts.

Some want special timeslot because maybe the homepages asks for phonenumber and want to call you at certain hours.

In all trackers like clickmagick you can set startdate/time so should not be a problem. Just setup as usual but add the date/time also

For 'early start not allowed' we cannot start before 10AM EST shown in your future solos and must have 5% delivered within 5 hours (3PM EST) or the system cancels and refunds the buyer.

Best thing to do is set yourself a reminder so you can start the order as soon as you are allowed to. I use the calendar on my phone that sends me an alert so I don't miss the date or time it gets released here in Udimi.

Hope that helps... ;)

You definitely don't want to waste clicks by starting before the allowed time. :)
