The maximum allowed percentage for missed orders is 10%
This 10% happens quickly if you miss to login every day. I really don't understand the point of this. So if the seller is not responding for whatever reason..maybe seller is sick or in hospital..or who knows. So disable the seller mode until they login back and enable it themselves. That would make sense. But what doesn't make sense is to not allow the seller to enable it when they come back.
Just mean you did not accept enough orders. Chat with support they are very reasonableon this one
