I've created this ticket for techs almost two years ago, but it was pushed back with high-priority stuff. Funny thing is that support chat has this feature, but for some reason there's a problem to move it to general messenger.
It will be done for sure... sometime

Allow picture to be uploaded in the chat, this we it's easier to show buyers screenshots,mistakes etc.
