Most of those offers are followed up by extensive surveys for the publisher. You only get paid if the form is submitted and the survey is completed.
most solo as traffic is curious and won’t bother. I would test an offer before buying much. Optin and make sure there is no survey afterwards.
I make a lot with cpl offers but the Epc’s are not all that great. I have a lot of non niche specific traffic
