Did you test this link to make sure you could see conversions prior to giving the link to the provider. If your are seeing clicks in your clickmagick back office and you see conversions in your autoresponder, the problem is most likely an issue with how you are tracking conversions with clickmagick.

They have great support, so they are probably better to ask than here.

Hey Dima!,

I use ClickMagick as well however I'm new to this whole IM business but here's what I know.

ClickMagick will show how many clicks you received and how many of those took further action (ACR= action conversion rate). BUT, I believe if you want more detailed information (in terms of how many sales, etc., you have to create a campaign and each action and conversion type has to have a unique "ref" value. It's a little bit of a different set up than just a plain tracking link. Check out the info help videos under Campaigns.

Also, I just read yesterday that the basic clkmg.com and clkmr.com tracking links don't work for emails... Don't know if that includes solo ads (which, I believe are basically emails)... although I do seem to get lots of opt-ins on my solos, so maybe that's not 100% true? Anyway, I've got some exploring to do on that front but you may want to look into that as well to see if it applies to you.

Hope that helps.

Mel
