Unfortunately, our payment processing company doesn't accept payment from some of the countries at this moment. That's why some users may experience this restriction! But no worries about it. All limited accounts are fully operational. So, they can purchase solo ads. They just need to contact us via Live Chat, and we will enable an alternative payment gateway for them.
For your information, we are working on finding a better solution for this inconvenience. Hopefully, we will announce an alternative payment option soon.

Why are you blocking some countries? I am a long time user and now I cannot purchase solo ad because my country is probably being blocked.

Some countries are under international sanctions and payments just get blocked by our payment processor or PayPal. This is beyond our control, but if your payments were accepted previously, just ping support, we will try to help you.
