Why does Udimi filter out so many good clicks. I have lost 3 customers because Udim has cancelled the sales and refunded the buyer. ????
I think it's just the nature of the business, Udimi needs to keep the quality over anything so I guess the seller need to keep the filtered clicks below 20-30%, if you found your filtered clicks are above that range it means there's something wrong with your traffic and you need to fix that first.
i never quite understood it either even if filtered enough good clicks still get added to complete the order . Its not like you are shorting the customer . I guess the only explanation is its hard on their filters and if 50 sales were being filtered like this the system may not be able to keep up
I would watch your quality here on out as one more and your account might get banned.
Raise your price and you will be able to develop higher quality clicks . Its near impossible to generate and sell at a profit at 0.25
Thanks for the reply Glenn. The problem is Udimi set my price at .24 cents because I am a Newbie seller. Need to get 5 positive ratings or something.

You will always get the amount plus your OD that you ordered the stats you listed are from Udimi filtered . Any clicks filtered are made up for in the run . Thats excellent Rick looking forward to future orders :)
This is insane. I am in the same boat. I had to cancel one order.
I am a new seller as well. And for my first two orders, Udimi filtered over 100 clicks.
My traffic is legit, b/c I am receiving commissions from the source.
Don't understand how Udimi's filter works.
I mean they filtered traffic b/c some site visitors had cookies turned off.
I have my cookies turned off on my browser as well.
Does that mean they would filter an engaged buyer like me?
Yeah, I purchased solo ads a while back from Udimi so I was on the buyer side.
Now I see what sellers deal with. We'll be back.

Sorry to answer your question Rick those numbers are fairly typical and good . Minimal filtering in the run.

Minimal filtering from a 50 click run. I don't think so. Even though I am a beginning seller, but from a buyer's side... I wouldn't want all those filtered clicks.

Hey Oscar I can totally understand your problem but we need to consider the experience too which the client is paying for. If you see the meaning of filtered clicks it says "Low quality clicks: visitors that left your site in less than 3 sec., outdated browsers, computers that are not able to load your site correctly, fake traffic, etc.". Now consider yourself as a buyer and think what will happen if you have ordered 100 clicks and from them 30 are filtered clicks that means those 30 visitors didn't even look into your offer and closed their tab in less than 3 secs, or some other reason stated above. You see, you'll definitely feel dissatisfied with this kind of traffic and hence Udimi keeps track of this.

Makes no difference the customer never pays for that click . The customer only pays for quality clicks anyway the only logic i see in it if there is a bunch of sellers say 1000 sending poor quality it bogs down the filter system they use thats why they need to limit this
