Paid for 400 clicks, all supposedly clicked through during the wee hours of the morning! Seller displays he is located in NYC but is offshore! Zero evidence of any clicks! Rip Off!
Impossible of no evidence of clicks delivered UDIMI has a record of your clicks delivered in every order . They watch and filter the delivery off clicks if necessary. I would recheck your autoresponder settings and contact your program you are involved with they may be holding onto your leads .

I'm not trying to insult you. I promise. I'm just telling you what she basically heard from your response.
Not necessarily because you said any false statements but you did nothing to look into the actual problem before you.
Do you think anyone care about getting bad clicks specifically?
What they care about is wasting money. So more likely than not, she bought some clicks, nothing came of it and then she came to her own conclusions as to why.
Is that fair to Udimi? Probably not. But when people lose money they get emotional and it's the customer service rep's job to get to the root of the problem instead of trying to win an argument.

Nobody likes being corrected. I get that. I hope you can look beyond that and learn something here. Because the fact is, you are getting paid and we are paying you. Take a guess as to which one Udimi favors more.
A real easy solve is the seller provides the customer with his or her tracking and udimi has tracked it if they both jive then thats all the evidence thats needed . There is no need for further investigation . If the customer is that upset then they can and will get a refund they are easy enough to get .
Also the purchaser has delivered no proof of any of it ? Lets see a screenshot and lets do a test to make sure the autoresponder is even working ? Did she even use a capture page ? Lots of variables why their would be no loeads but one I WOULD BET MY HOUSE ON is that she didnt receive clicks .
Thinking about this a bit more i think she thinks leads are clicks and when she ordered 400 clicks she probably thought she would receive 400 leads. Its not impossible because I have run into this problem before
