I'm trying to integrate my Getresponse account with my Udimi account.

Every time I try to paste in my GR API key that is the error I get.

I haven't found anything directly related on Google.

Does anyone have an answer?

I think you need to activate to prime first

Their support said that it was a depreciated feature and just hasn't been removed yet.
