Wow, over-delivered and was early! The only reason I didn't get sales,,,yet...is because I am using a funnel with multiple offers. It takes a little time to get the sales as the people wend their way through your opt-in page to leave their email, the first offer, second dialogue, third offer etc. It may take about a week to percolate down to sales. I didn't see anyone else in the ratings explain it this way, It is only part of the story.
