anyone know how to change the sellers upgrade prices for tier 1 only and non mobile clicks?
Those prices are the same for all Udimi vendors.
the no mobile seems a little crazy pricing since over 50% clicks these days are mobile so price should be 100% more not the 10 cents more you are adding. I have had many take that option but NEVER had anyone take all mobile! I would think a reasonable pricing would be 50% more cost.
When a customer orders top tier only, no mobile it becomes much tougher to deliver. its not like someone else wants all mobile no tier 1
I hate no mobile order too...I take care of them. Sad thing is most mobile clicks are on tablets not phone... They are just as good as desktop. Ive tested this.
Frankly, I just started rejecting no mobile orders and 60-70% of times the buyer place the order again without that filter.
I won't take accept no mobile orders, most people access their emails from their mobiles and tablets and buyers need to make sure their offers are fully mobile responsive.
