[Recommendation] Limit Solo Deals To One Per Seller

[Recommendation] Limit Solo Deals To One Per Seller

Hi all,

I have seen this a few times in the last months. Some sellers have multiple Solo Deals online. This takes space away for other solo sellers, and also forces other sellers to bump their deals more often.

In my opinion it's fair for everyone to limit the solo deals to one per seller.

What do you think?

Thanks, Daniel

I honestly like that idea. A lot... bump and 4 hours later it’s number 6 that’s crazy and make the cost of bump hardly worth it

I cannot agree more! Glad you point out this topic.

I don't know if it can really help unless there's a minimum position to be reached before that deal can be bumped again. So your suggestion is good but could probably be even better if people can bump their deal again only if it goes down to a nth position.

Yep exactly. Everything until position 15 is called 'First page' and you can't bump. Once it reaches position 16 you can bump again.

I think its better like it is now with freedom to bump when you want to get more orders. Its like adwords or any other bidding marketplace, whoever wants the top spot can buy it if they want and they don't have to wait.

Udimi would make a lot less from people bumping if there was a limit.

+1 for only 1 solo deal per seller.

True and if it’s all the same great. Fact is you don’t get many orders from solo deals once an offer drops below about 5..... thank good for recurring customers :) you guys rock

But the deals can be different for different needs. I do not like this idea actually :)

I don't think it's a good ide at all, i think UDIMI would agree lol, limiting the option for several different offers etc is not the way to go here.

Limiting 1 solo deal i don't agree with. However udimi could do it so we have 2 maximum solo deals at one time but have 10-12 positions between each deal. This would keep space for others and allow people to offer 2 different deals.
