Same here , they locked $750 without any warning
Well PayPal locked another friend's funds now for 180 days so I would not say PayPal is any better. I hoped epayments would be the way to go. I hope it is a quick fix for them because I really like their service
Yeah , paypal sucks as well , but with paypal you can at least give refunds even when you are limited
We have stopped withdrawals to epayments until they return to normal operation
Best, Uncle Dimitry.

Same here.
It is the same for everyone guys.
They said FCA noticed a weakness on their AML process and both parties agreed to freeze all accounts...which seems odd.
The best way would be to freeze suspected accounts but freezing all accounts is odd...
Patience.
Epayments has locked over $1000 US of my funds due to a internal problem in their system. I have had nothing but problems with this processor. Stay with the high fees one Paypal at least you can access your funds. Not impressed.
On the February 11, 2020 ePayment Systems Limited ('ePayments') agreed with the Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA') to suspend all activity on its customer accounts. This decision was taken following a review, by the FCA, of ePayments anti-money laundering systems and controls, which identified weakness that required remediation. We know this will be a very frustrating time for our customers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working tirelessly with the FCA to ensure improvements are made and accounts can be reactivated as soon as possible. During this improvement process, we want to assure customers that their funds are being safeguarded as normal.
