Hello Oliver,
If the seller doesn't accept the order in the timeframe, it will be cancelled automatically. After an order is cancelled, the money is credited to your Udimi account on the Money page. It will be automatically used on your next order.
Alternatively, if you want the money to be refunded, you can find the Refund option in the Money section.
