I am a new seller with a fairly unexposed list. Would be very difficult to guarantee any number of opt-ins, but depending on your offer and the freshness of my list you would get some opt-ins obviously couldn't give you a number though.

Okay anyone that guarantees anything like that is not suppling real traffic or real leads. Expect 25-45% optin rates BEST CASE. I am not new at this I've been doing this since 2004.
I get hit up all the time..."My form gets 50% optin rate on all traffic"... I say sorry it don't... I never hear from the person ever again because they have unrealistic expectations and quickly disappear...
