This looks like it will be helpful. I know some NEW buyers just join to leave bad rating for people.
I also know that some bad sellers buy from new people just to leave bad ratings.... Weird stuff and very petty
I even know some solo vendors ("buyers") who buy from other solo vendors here and leave a bad review just to "gain some advantage" .... but that's for another episode :D

Yes for sure and so childish and stupid. This is small business what are they hoping to gain? 40 bucks here and there...lol..
My million dollar a year online business has been producing since 2004...that’s a business. I don’t play games and I think long term. Silly little games like you pointed out out are just going to kill the game player.
Mauriszio this is a great idea and good advice. The customer wins, so do the sellers And Udimi gets a better reputation as a fair mediator (tough job) of our business.

Hello everyone, I think that with the new minimum pricing and limited od we are headed towards the right the direction but there's one more thing that I think could help in making the marketplace even better and it's related to the rating system (specifically bad rating).
From personal experience I noticed that most of the bad ratings are caused by the lack of communication between the buyer and the seller.
Each time a campaign ends I try to get in touch with the client to know how it performed (and think I'm not the only one), someone replies someone simply ignores and it's fine to me.
But it's not fine anymore when you find a bad rating from a client that didn't communicate at all with you, precluding the possibility to fix what went wrong, but even worse when you see some client that even tries to blackmail you asking for refund "...or I'll leave you a bad rating"...
That's why I think that could be useful to make the bad rating a two-step process before getting approved, something like:
1) Get in touch with the seller, explain what went wrong and try to fix things up
Done?
Yes - and the issue has been fixed > Exit
Yes - but the issue has not been fixed > Go to step 2
No > Go to step 1
2) Leave bad rating anyway and wait for moderation by Udimi staff.
This is just a rough idea but I think it makes sense to save the situation in most cases.
