Hello, I'm new here and I bought a couple of solos already. I see that the tracking link works fine but the optins is always at 0, even though there are optins into my autoresponder. The instructions with the Optin Tracking section with Udimi is quite confusing. Can anybody shed some light on this.. How did you install the tracking link of Udimi or do you have another script or software used to track optins? Would really appreciate your help! Cheers!

Hello My solo advert just expired, didn't know there was a time limit on it? Was initially on front page but very quickly within 2 or 3 hrs gone off the front page meanwhile sits on the back burner in the solos offers section but then all of sudden expires would have been nice to know it would expire so as to know to set a new one but trick here is to pay again right!! hmm Rick Ling PS please show me in help or the UDIMI guides were it says the expiry time if an advert once it's gone off front page? A week a month which?

So I've been a safe swaps member and have been selling solos and swapping since the day that the only fee one would pay was their monthly subscription to safe swaps. While I understand that Dimitry et al need to also make money as it's a business for them too, I just can't for a minute understand how Dimitry advertises udimi as free for both sellers and buyers! May be am mistaken but let's see if I get an explanation on the following: I sell solos at $0.34 per click ie $34 per 100 click solo. However, If you try to buy from me 100 clicks solo ad you will see a $39.99* price where you get notified that the $1.99 is for using the filter udimi imposes on all (I seem to recall that when this was on discussion back in the day, Dimitry and staff were sure to say that it ll be optional and it could be turned off if agreed between trusted parties, but I've personally never seen this option. Have you?). On top of that if you'd like to advertise your solos as a seller the cheapest option would be $25 and it may stay on page 1 (it may not) for a week. If you want to be shown on top that would cost $100 again it may stay on for a week or it may not depending on how many others are buying ad spaces. and the icing on the cake, is that Udimi tracking that is advertised as the best on the market can't really tell that clicking a link in an email and having opera or safari as your default browser is a real link so it just classifies it as fake! but never mind. Now let me say that when you pay close to $40 for a 100 clicks solo ad with me, I actually receive $32 in my PayPal account. So a whopping $7.99 bucks go MIA aka on fees udimi and PP takes. That's close to 20% on FEES! You can get actively managed mutual funds (with fees that eat up returns) for less fees than that :) Granted some of that money is PP fees ($2 to be exact) but these were supposed to be covered from the money that udimi takes (remember I sell for $34 and you pay $38 or $39.99 and I actually get $32). Now don't get me wrong as I mentioned in the beginning, Dimitry has a business to run and at teh end of the day if I or anyone doesn't like it, then they can stop using it. I understand that. But Dimitry if you re reading this, please humor me and answer if you can this question for me: How on earth can you actually still state everywhere on the site that Udimi is Free for sellers and buyers? My company develops capture pages, so I do a lot of testing and traffic buying to make sure the new designs convert. When I have ordered 'solo ads' from other traffic vendors in the past, there would be a noticeable BURST of traffic when the email was initially sent, then traffic would continue to trickle in. Many of the vendors here, deliver the amount of clicks, but they come in over a long span of time. If you are really sending 'solo ads' how are you mailing this list? just emailing segments every few hours until the clicks are delivered? Please enlighten me. Are most of the vendors here are actually sending the swipe copy email that is submitted? OR is it just generic copy that gets the highest clicks being sent to fill the orders?

Some people have lists of sizes too small to deliver the orders they sell. I think they look for outsourcing. It is in the best interest of Udimi's reputation to manage the issue.

I'm reasonably new to this. I noticed there was a feature that helped you redirect where you want the link for the solo to go once it goes over 10%. Isn't that going to cause confusion? For example if it goes over the 10% and it was a link for a 'cat product' and then people start seeing a redirect to a "apple cider product" for example, wouldn't that be confusing when the copy in the solo ad email was all about cat products and click here to see cat products? lol. Sorry if this is a stupid question. Please bare with me as I learn. Thanks to anyone that responds. You're a legend (in advance).

Wow just bought my first Udimi solo ad and it was rejected and the money refunded. I guess I need to redo my squeeze page to find out what made it get rejected I picked the same niche but I might have said something offensive. Need to redo it. Just surprised this is a problem and need to watch the copy of the squeeze page I guess.

How does Udimi SPAM prevention system work? Does anybody know how many messages you are allowed to send per minute/hour to get banned for 4 days. Since there's not an actual SPAM report button this seems to be just triggered by an amount of messages sent. So, if you're going to have intensive communication with your buyers/sellers just be aware you can be put on hold and become silent for quite significant ammount of time of 96 hours. Recently when I write new swipes, it deletes the spaces I have put in between paragraphs, when I save it. So it saves as just one solid block of text. It never used to do that. Can anyone shed some light? It would be very appreciated.

Hi everybody, 'My Solo Deal' shows wrong statistics and I would like to know if there's anybody else here having the same problem. I have sold 6 solo's but only 1 is visible in stats. I start to doubt if the tracking of Udimi is as good as they say cause they can't show the right numbers of 'My Solo Deal' stats. I contacted support about this but they told me it can take weeks to solve this. It's not important enough for them. If there are more members having this problem... Pls let me know. I really think it's important it shows the right numbers. For example: where would you buy? At Sellers who sold only one solo or at sellers who have sold more solo's? At Your Service, Arjan

Is it just me or are others having a problem today where suddenly all old solo orders are showing on the main screen? Normally these are archived after you rate the buyer. Today all old archived solos just appeared again. I contacted Udimi support this morning with no response yet. So just wondering if this is a system wide problem.

Are any other solo sellers noticing that their clicks are not accurate? For example I use my own click tracking service and with Safeswaps my click tracking and Safeswaps were pretty much right on. With a campaign I'm running today my click tracking is saying 260 raw clicks and Udimi stats are saying 180 raw clicks. That is a big difference and it appears to me like the Udimi tracking is broken. So I'm looking to see if any other sellers that do their own tracking are noticing click discrepancies.
